Project scope: modernising an existing brand
The Bakoma Twist project was a rebranding and visual refresh of an established drinkable yogurt range. The goal was not to reinvent the brand, but to modernise its visual language, improve clarity and strengthen flavour communication while maintaining recognisability.
Key challenge: clarity and hierarchy
The existing packaging required:
  • a cleaner visual structure,
  • stronger emphasis on the TWIST brand name,
  • clearer flavour differentiation,
  • improved shelf and fridge impact.
The new design needed to work both from a distance and up close.
Branding: TWIST as a bold visual anchor
The redesigned packaging centres around a strong, vertical TWIST logo, which:
  • instantly grabs attention,
  • organises the layout,
  • gives the brand a modern, energetic presence.
Typography was simplified and reinforced to ensure maximum legibility on the go — just like the product itself.
Flavour-first communication
Each flavour variant received a clear, appetising visual identity:
  • realistic fruit and ingredient imagery,
  • vibrant, flavour-coded colours,
  • clean backgrounds enhancing freshness and contrast.
This allows consumers to instantly recognise their preferred flavour without reading small text.
Outcome
The Bakoma Twist rebrand delivered:
  • a fresh, contemporary look,
  • stronger shelf visibility,
  • clear flavour communication,
  • a cohesive product range.
